Tips to make the most from this recipe
Freezing: yes you can freeze this sauce. Prepare individual sized ice cubes to have always the right amount for you and family, or freeze a big batch. Everything will last for 6 months in the freezer.
Don’t have maple syrup on hand? Use another sweetener or make it even simpler by using ketchup, which is sweet enough so you don’t need any additional sweetener. Also brown sugar works pretty well instead of maple.

This is a great wing sauce recipe. We've made it a few times already and it's always spot on. It's not super hot and it has a lot of flavor in the front but adds slight heat at the back.
Thanks a lot for sharing this. It's excellent.
