Cook your pasta according the package directions, until al dente
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan. Add coarsely sliced garlic and fry it for around 5 minutes until it browns.
Mix in the drained pasta, parsley, vegan parmesan, and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper.

- 8 oz uncooked spaghetti (use gf, if needed)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 cup vegan parmesan
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook your pasta according the package directions, until al dente
