But, friends that isn’t everything what is really great about them:
Straightforward, delicious and so easy.
How to cook perfect sausage patties
The key is to turn your patties from time to time. It only takes just 10 minutes to cook them properly.
Make sure the oil in your pan is hot. Like this, you can cook your patties more evenly.
Why do my sausage patties fall apart?
Make sure to use a binding agent. I use Panko bread crumbs like I do in my Hamburger Steaks, Tuna Patties, Potato Cheese Balls, or Salisbury Steak. Everything can hold the texture and shape properly and won’t fall apart.

You can use any oil, but I find olive oil adds so much savory and great flavor to our patties.
I use Panko bread crumbs and these make sure to hold the texture of the patties so they won’t fall apart. Also they add a really nice and great texture.
