What you need for this Sausage Pasta Recipe
Pasta: just pick your favorite: whether that is spaghetti, penne, rigatoni, or bow tie, all will all taste great. I cooked my pasta in salt water but you if you have some leftover pasta ready, you will save this step.
Vegan sausage adds a lot of flavor, and you can play around with it. Because you can get them in a lot of flavor variety: mild, spicy or smoky. They all so good, yum and I cook them in olive oil, but any other oil will work as well.
As basic ingredients of course I add onions and garlic which adds great flavor. However, it wouldn’t be me if I didn’t add something amazing so I use some red pepper flakes to give the pasta a great kick.
Non dairy cream cheese, milk and parmesan make the Sausage Pasta sauce creamy, cheesy, rich and unforgettably amazing. It is the same way I prepare my delicious Creamy Mac and Cheese.
Fresh parsley adds a punch of freshness and gives a lot of contrast to the other ingredients.
How to make Sausage Pasta
Prepare your favorite pasta according to manufacturer’s directions. If you have leftover pasta, use that instead.
To make the sauce for the Sausage Pasta, start with heating olive oil in a large pan. When hot, add crumbled sausage, diced onions, and pressed garlic. Cook on high for approximately 3 minutes.
Add cream cheese, milk, parmesan and a pinch salt of pepper. Let simmer for 2 minutes more.
Finally add in fresh parsley and pasta, mix.

You can add more fresh basil if you like or stir in bell peppers. Just cook them with the sausage, garlic, and onions in my instructions.
