What you need for this Ravioli lasagna recipe

Dairy free ravioli: here is truly the beauty layering in the details. You can use fresh or frozen ravioli. I use fresh, because that is what I get easily in my supermarket. Depending on the filling you have a lot of flavor in each and every bite which is great and delicious. You can go for mild or a little bit of spicier depending on your own preferences. Flavors are different and widely available so you can enjoy a lot of different tastes.

Vegan ground beef: provides a meaty and hearty texture that tastes so great as you know from classic lasagna in sauces.

Marinara sauce: Use your favorite, any variety that you always buy. Therefore it doesn’t matter with or without herbs, even mild or spicy tastes always great.

Vegan mozzarella shreds: this is such a great topping and makes the Ravioli Lasagna so cheesy and creamy, yum.

Onions and garlic: these are seriously add so much delicious taste to our sauce. In my opinion the more garlic the better. I can’t think about a tomato sauce that is made without garlic.

Olive oil: it is one of my favorite oils. It tastes always great, but feel free to use any oil you have and like.

Italian herbs: it is an amazing seasoning that goes well for a variety of dishes. You can’t mess up with this seasoning. For me this really should be always include in any lasagna sauce.
