What’s in this Pizza Dip
The recipe consists of two main parts: making a Pizza Dip sauce and the dip itself.
For the sauce, we just need your favorite Marinara and some Italian herbs.
For the cheesy part, make sure you have the following at hand:
- vegan cream cheese
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- vegan mozzarella and parm
- vegan pepperoni
How to make Pizza Dip
Preheat oven to 380°F and set a 10 inch round dish ready to bake your dip in.
In a large bowl, mix vegan cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, half of the vegan mozzarella, half of the vegan pepperoni, 3/4 of the vegan parmesan, and season with salt and pepper.
Combine everything to a smooth mix and transfer the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of your casserole dish.
In a small bowl, mix marinara with Italian herbs and add a pinch salt and pepper. Spread this tomato sauce on the top of the cream cheese mixture.
Finally top with remaining mozzarella, pepperoni, parmesan. Bake for around 20 minutes, enjoy hot with chips or veggies.
This easy dip is so filling, creamy, satisfying and easy to make.
Seriously it is so amazing to make even a lunch or dinner out of it.
Meal prep: You can make this Pizza Dip 4 days ahead. You can also store it unbaked in the fridge covered and bake just for serving.
Tips and tricks:
If you want to save a bowl for mixing the marinara sauce, you can add Italian herbs and a pinch of salt and pepper straight to your jar and mix directly without using any extra bowl for it.
Please make sure your vegan cream cheese is at room temperature and not chilled for this pizza dip. If needed, remove from the fridge 15 minutes before making this.
