What you need for this Pickle Dip recipe

I use pickles and add some pickle juice just straight from the jar. The combination is so good: you have the crispiness from pickles and a great tang plus acidity from pickle juice. It also thins a bit and makes an amazing texture.

Garlic, onion powder, dill add lot of flavor.

Mayo, sour cream, cream cheese and I use dairy free ones here. Seriously makes such a great a base.

All ingredients for the Pickle Dip are transferred to a large mixing bowl.

How to make Pickle Dip

Get a large mixing bowl ready and dice the pickles.

Now, transfer the mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic, and onion powder to the mixing bowl.

Season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well.

What to serve with Pickle Dip

You find some suggestions what to serve with this Pickle Dip above, but you can serve so much more. It is a really versatile dip with lots of amazing options:

  • Pita chips
  • Bagel chips
  • Baguette slices

Leftovers

I wouldn’t expect you have any leftovers, but if you do so, you can store them in the fridge for 5 days.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz non dairy sour cream
  • 3 Tbs vegan mayo
  • 6 oz non dairy cream cheese
  • 1 Tbs dill
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Set a large mixing bowl aside and dice the pickles.Ingredients needed to make Pickle Dip are collected on a wooded board.
