You will love the unique flavors and how easy you can prepare it at home.
Pickle Dip goes really great with many things.
Making it is budget friendly and you can easily make a bigger batch, if you need to.
If you look at my step by step pictures, you won’t believe that is all what it takes to make such a wonderful dip.
What you need for this Pickle Dip recipe
I use pickles and add some pickle juice just straight from the jar. The combination is so good: you have the crispiness from pickles and a great tang plus acidity from pickle juice. It also thins a bit and makes an amazing texture.
Garlic, onion powder, dill add lot of flavor.
Mayo, sour cream, cream cheese and I use dairy free ones here. Seriously makes such a great a base.
How to make Pickle Dip
Get a large mixing bowl ready and dice the pickles.
Now, transfer the mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic, and onion powder to the mixing bowl.
Season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well.
