Could life be any better than with fries?

I don’t think so and I often go for a big plate with my Fry Sauce, the Nacho FriesPizza FriesDisco Fries, or Animal Style Fries

Why these are the best fries

Typically you will expect a cheese sauce for Loaded Fries, because that what everyone serves these often with. But this time I made a tahini sauce. That my friends along with salsa is dreamy good.

Texture wise: vegan gyros and black beans are fantastic for the texture plus you have an amazing seasoning in the gyros, great.

For heat, which is always nice in my taste, I’m adding jalapenos, but of course you can use less for less heat.

How to make Loaded Fries

Preheat oven to 410°F, place your fries on a baking sheet with parchment paper, and bake them according to package directions.

For the sauce: combine tahini, tamari, garlic powder and slowly add water until you have a creamy consistency. Add a pinch salt and pepper

In a skillet, heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Add onions and fry them for about 2 minutes.

Next, add the vegan gyros to the onions and fry for 3 minutes more. Finally also give black beans into the mix and heat for another minute.

Now for assembling: start with adding half of the fries to the bottom of a 10 inch diameter round casserole dish. Sprinkle half of the jalapenos and avocado over, as well as 1/3 of the gyros-bean mixture and 1/3 cup of the vegan mozzarella.

Avocado cubes and the bean-gyros mixture are added to the fries.

Add the rest of the fries, and remaining other ingredients, topped with mozzarella.

Bake the Loaded Fries for 10 minutes.

Finally, give the tahini sauce and salsa over the casserole for serving.

You can also use sweet potatoes to make these into Loaded Sweet Potato Fries.

Instead of salsa, use Ranchero Sauce
