Let’s be real. You might think that you don’t need a vinaigrette recipe. There are countless of store bought versions that you can rely on.

But this is  what I feel about these. Often the taste is:

  • Too acid
  • Too oily
  • Sometimes salty
  • Something is missing in the flavor
  • Seriously it does not taste fresh

See guys, there is a need for a homemade version for all of you!

I tested my recipe on and off to find a the right balance between acid, oily, and generally the taste.

I can proudly say I nailed the result. It is lemony, but not too acidy, pinched with the right sweetness from maple syrup, rich, but not too oily.

Also versatile and give a great fresh taste at any time. This is what you get and you can count on.
