I tested my recipe on and off to find a the right balance between acid, oily, and generally the taste.
I can proudly say I nailed the result. It is lemony, but not too acidy, pinched with the right sweetness from maple syrup, rich, but not too oily.
Also versatile and give a great fresh taste at any time. This is what you get and you can count on.
What you need for this lemon vinaigrette recipe
Olive oil
Lemon juice + lemon zest
Maple syrup

How to make Lemon Vinaigrette
In a small bowl or shaker combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, plus lemon zest, maple syrup, and season with salt and pepper.
Just shake or whisk everything. And you are ready to enjoy.
