Reasons to love this Hot Dog Sauce

It is super creamy with a wonderful tang. Takes less than 5 minutes to make and brings out so much flavor.

My sauce already has pickles in it and that my friends makes assembling hot dogs so easy: just choose your bread, sausage, some fried onions and you are ready to enjoy.

It is also great to fries, like my Cajun Fries, which makes this Hot Dog Sauce so versatile.

Come and see my step by step pictures and you know it is really easy to prepare as it gets.

What you need for this Hot Dog Sauce recipe

Vegan mayo is an amazing ingredient that I use a lot, as in my Southern Potato Salad or the Chicken Noodle Casserole. You can tell it really makes a great and creamy foundation.

Tomato paste is probably an ingredient you wouldn’t expect, but it gives a lot of flavor. Lets all the other ingredients shine.

Mustard: Hot dogs and mustard just belong together like pasta has to be cooked in water. Of course our Hot Dog Sauce has to come with mustard.

Garlic and onion powder both give lots and lots of flavors again. 2 classic ingredients that will never disappoint in dishes.

The addition of dill takes it all from amazing to unbelievably delicious. I use dried, but you can do fresh as well.

Pickles are the second thing that I would always expect when making hot dogs. These gives a really great crunch and texture for sure.

Try adding a pinch hot sauce. It really adds a great spicy note.

Instead of dill I can imagine parsley tastes great.
