What you need for this Hamburger Casserole recipe
First you need a 8×11 casserole dish. Feel free to use a larger casserole but keep in mind that you will need to use more quantities of the ingredients:
- leftover pasta
- tomato sauce
- olive oil
- vegan ground beef
- onions
- garlic
- chili powder
- vegan cheddar
How to make Hamburger Casserole
First preheat oven to 400°F and set your 8×11 inch casserole ready.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and onions and fry for around 2 minutes. Give vegan ground beef to the pan and fry for 2 minutes more until browned.
Mix in the pasta sauce and chili powder, season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and combine.
Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with vegan cheddar. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve on plates or in bowls, enjoy.

- 3 cups leftover pasta, cooked, (use gf, if needed)
- 22 oz tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 15 oz vegan ground beef
- 1 cup onions, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 oz vegan cheddar, shredded
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
