How to make Egg Roll in a Bowl
In a pan or casserole heat sesame oil. When hot, add onions, garlic, and vegan ground beef. Fry everything for 3 minutes until browned.
Then add coleslaw, ginger, tamari, sriracha, and vinegar. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Let everything cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, then add scallions plus sesame seeds on top.
Serve in bowls or on plates, leftovers will be good for around 4 days.
Tips and tricks
Use more sriracha for serving, if you prefer your food more spicy.

- 14 oz bag coleslaw mix
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Tamari sauce
- 2 Tbsp sriracha
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger
- salt, pepper to taste
For garnish:
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
