Finally here are some more tips and tricks to make it even more easier:

If you can’t find oat cuisine which is best, you can try almond, coconut or any other plant milk.

You might want to add a bit of starch or flour to thicken up the sauce.

Best pasta: feel free to absolutely use any pasta you like. But for me  long pasta are made for this sauce, because the surface can hold the sauce best.

This easy vegan pasta recipe is great for family dinners, lunches, and meal prep.

Best mushrooms: I used a good amount of mushrooms for my sauce and find it just right, because mushrooms will shrink when cooking in the sauce a lot.

If you are using less, it will not have a good amount of mushrooms which for me I absolutely want for the taste and texture.

Is there an alternative to using the white wine or even omitting it entirely?

Hi Kayla! Use more oat cuisine, but the result will be different. Hope that helps.
