Creamy Jalapeno Sauce

Creamy Jalapeno Sauce is easy to make with canned jalapenos and brine for so much flavor. It comes together in under 5 minutes and tastes like jalapeno ranch so you know this sauce recipe is a winner that you will make on repeat. Serve with chips, veggies or anything you like.

For dipping, or cooking, what is not to I love about sauces like Chipotle Sauce, the Nashville Hot Sauce, the Fry Sauce, or my Bang Bang Sauce.

Taste like Ranch Dressing, but with a spicy flavor.

Here is what you need for this Creamy Jalapeno Sauce recipe

Besides from canned jalapenos and brine from a jar these are the ingredients for Jalapeno Sauce:

Dairy free sour cream and mayo: these are here to get our sauce creamy and delicious.

Hot sauce adds another layer of spice which is really amazing in combination with the jalapenos.

Dried parsley, chives and dill: you can think of these herbs like a ranch seasoning and that makes everything wonderful and great.

Garlic, onion powder: for me these two add great flavor, because who doesn’t like this seasoning? Right, it’s always good.

Sugar may come as a surprise, but I find it is really good to balance the heat.

How to make Creamy Jalapeno Sauce

Into the bowl of a food processor, add sour cream, mayo, sugar, garlic, onion powder, jalapeno brine and a pinch salt of pepper. Process until smooth.

Next, add jalapenos, dill, parsley, chives, hot sauce and pulse a couple of times. You really want a texture with bite.

Add everything to a bowl and enjoy.

Leftovers of the Creamy Jalapeno Sauce can be stored for around 5 days. Freezing is not recommend.

Tips and tricks

Serve with chips or veggies, but I can imagine it also delicious on a sandwich or burger.

Also serve with Cauliflower Wings or Cajun Fries.

You can add fresh cilantro to the Creamy Jalapeno Sauce, but it will make the it more green.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup canned jalapenos
  • 3 Tbs jalapeno brine from jar
  • 3/4 cup dairy free mayo
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dill, dried
  • 1 tsp parsley , dried
  • 3 tsp chives, dried
  • 1.5 tsp sugar
  • 10 oz non dairy sour cram
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Next add in other ingredients: jalapenos, parsley, dill, chives, hot sauce.

Notes
