What you need for this Cream Cheese Dip recipe

Non dairy cream cheese makes everything so creamy, delicious and seriously great.

Mayo (I use egg free) adds another layering to make our dip, rich, satisfying and a wonderful contrast to the cream cheese.

Fresh herbs: I use lots and lots of freh herbs like chives, parsley and dill. You can absolutely use dried herbs if that is what you have on hand. Use around 3 tsp from each and you are ready to enjoy.

Garlic: I use fresh garlic and 2 cloves was for me what makes an amazing result. As I said before, garlic powder works also great, use 1 tsp to get that garlic flavor in.

Scallions add a nice crunch and texture with a mild onion flavor which in my gusto is absolutely great to all the other ingredients.

Vegan bacon: this my friends is what takes this cream cheese dip over the top amazing. Adds a smoky, hearty and absolutely amazing flavor, yes. You can find strips, pieces, or bites like you probably know from bacon bites.

How to make Cream Cheese Dip

Preparation of the Cream Cheese Dip is as easy as it gets.

Into a bowl, simply combine cream cheese, mayo, dill, parsley, chives, garlic, scallions, 3/4 of of the bacon bites (reserve rest for garnish) and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Garnish with reserved bacon bites, serve immediately or store for later.

Cream Cheese Dip is served with chips and veggies.

Storage

Any leftovers are great for around 4 days. Freezing is not recommend, because the ingredients can’t hold that texture and everything will fall apart.

Make ahead

You can easily make everything ahead the night before. Easily double or triple all ingredients to feed up a larger crowd.

Pro tip

If your cream cheese is really cool, it needs to soften up. Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before making the dip and let it soften at room temperature. It makes everything easier to mix all the ingredients.

Cream Cheese Dip is best served with cut vegetables.
