Nothing can add flavor to any food that we make as easily as an amazing sauce or dip.

You know me, I’m talking about sauces like my Romesco Sauce or the Lemon Pasta Sauce. Both have become a staple not only for me.

You can be sure this Chimichurri Sauce is also super easy to make, packed with flavor, versatile and seriously so delicious that you want to eat it plain spoon by spoon.

What are typical Chimichurri uses

As I mentioned, this sauce is super versatile. You can use it as a marinade or a dipping sauce for both vegetables and potatoes. Non vegans/vegetarians can also use it for meat (where it traditionally comes form) and fish.

I can also think of using it as a spread on bread. A nice fit would be my Hummus Homemade Bread or the Artisan Bread (one bowl, Dutch oven).
