Alfredo Sauce

This Alfredo Sauce is made with simple ingredients, creamy and easy to make. Everything comes together in around 10 minutes and is family approved. What makes it stand out is the combination of roasted garlic and onions which you can easily prepare in a pan without any oven. We use coconut milk, vegan butter and vegan cream cheese, which will provide the most amazing creaminess.

I have this with with my Cajun Sauce, the Fry Sauce, the Puttanesca Sauce, or the popular Bang Bang Sauce.

What do you eat Alfredo Sauce with

Any pasta will work. Think about gnocchi, penne, spaghetti, or my favorite fettuccini.

It is also great as a spread. Have you ever tried this? Just use it over bread, place some thinly veggies over it and bake it in the oven.

Great for stuffed shells, put some Alfredo Sauce with steamed broccoli or any other vegetable you like and bake, so easy and so yummy, friends.

Onions and garlic are sautéed in a small sauce pan.

Amazing for soups: whenever you need a creamy soup make things even easier with my Alfredo.

Casseroles, even lasagna need a great white sauce – use this one.

Pizza: use it instead of marinara. Place your favorite toppings, bake and enjoy.

Can you freeze Alfredo sauce

Yes you absolutely can do this and it will last for around 3 months in the freezer.

Start with completely cooling off your sauce, transfer to one individual freezer bag, or several for small portions. For thawing your sauce use a low temperature at 155°F. Also do not freeze once already thawed.
