What you need for this homemade Italian Dressing

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Mustard powder
  • Vegan mayo
  • Vegan parmesan
  • Italian Herbs
  • Vinegar

How to make Italian Dressing

In a large bowl, combine garlic, mustard powder, olive oil , vegan mayo, vegan parmesan, Italian herbs, vinegar season with salt and pepper. Mix with a wire whisk or spatula until well combined and creamy.

Alternatively add all the ingredients in a mason jar which is big enough. Put a lid on top, shake 5 times up and down until everything is well mixed.

Leftovers will stay fresh properly stored in an airtight container or jar with a lid on top for around 2 weeks.

Can you freeze homemade dressing?

Yes you can, but thawing will be an issue, because the ingredients will separate from each other.

So do yourself a favor and store it in the fridge where it will last for 2 week. Also it will taste better than freezing it.

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Herbs
  • 1 Tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 2 Tbsp vegan parmesan
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine garlic, mustard powder, olive oil , vegan mayo, vegan parmesan, Italian herbs, vinegar season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix with a wire whisk or spatula until well combined and creamy.
