Use ideas for this recipe

I love how perfect this condiment fits to so many purposes. You can use it with:

  • pasta
  • rice
  • quinoa

  • veggies
  • salads
  • for dipping
  • for grilling

Second step of making the awesome sauce is combining all wet ingredients in a food processor.

What’s in this Awesome Sauce

As always, only a few simple ingredients are needed to make this recipe:

  • Buffalo sauce
  • Vegan mayo
  • Mustard
  • Onions + vegan butter
  • Mixed herbs like parsley, dill, chives

That’s it. Nothing complicated.

Blending everything make the awesome sauce come together.

How to make Awesome Sauce

Heat vegan butter in a pan or small casserole. Add onions and fry then for around 2 minutes. Then set aside.

Take the bowl of a food processor or blender and add buffalo sauce, vegan mayo, mustard, and the fried onions. Season with salt and pepper and blend until smooth and creamy.

Next and last, mix in chopped herbs. I used parsley, dill, and chives.

Finally add some herbs.

At the end, use immediately or store in an airtight container. With a sealed lid, it will stay fresh for around 7 days, so you can make and plan in advance.

Oh boy this makes seriously a great find for dinner, lunch, meal prep and so much more (hint: see the meal ideas to put it on above).

Awesome sauce is given over sweet potatoes.

Tips to love this recipe even more

I used my homemade Buffalo Sauce which contains garlic. You can use store bought for sure, but you want add a bit garlic for more flavor.

Also, make sure to just mix the chopped herbs with the blended ingredients, not adding them to food processor or blender and mix them. Otherwise the result will be green.

Easy and impressive this Awesome Sauce will amaze. Once tried you know you want to eat this any time for lunch, dinner and so much more. So easy to make and completely vegan. #vegan #dairyfree #glutenfree #vegetarian #dinner #lunch #mealprep #contentednesscooking #awesomesauce #condiment

Okay tried this on some roasted potatoes last night, I WANTED TO DRINK IT. I saved the rest in the fridge and will be putting it on something tonight... not sure what but I’m determined to find something.
